Accordingly and because of the confidence in our product, Saje UPVC Limited guarantee to the original purchaser that within the TEN YEAR PERIOD from the date of installation we shall, at our option, repair or  replace free of charge any Plastmo product which, to our reasonable satisfaction, has become faulty or defective.  Reparation for consequential damage is excluded.

Guarantee claims will only be accepted if the defects are reported in writing within the guarantee period to Saje UPVC Limited  at Brookfield Farm, Mislingford Road, Swanmore, Southampton, SO32 2QE.
